Called the company about installing a new receiver and speaker system The answering secretary was so polite and courteous and directed me to.Mike . He was so knowledgeable and he responded to my questions over the phone that I felt so comfortable on having them do the work They responded to my home within 3 days with the equipment and outside speakers recommended by Mike. Brian the technician completed the work and was extremely professional and knowledgeable .He completed the entire job within an hour It was an very pleasant experience and would highly recommend this company.

I don't usually write reviews as as I feel that once I pay for a service my obligation in any business deal is complete. Not so in this instance. The service I received from Quality TV today far exceeded what I expected from a company retained to install a wall mounted TV. After making an appointment for the installation I decided I wanted a sound bar for the TV. I called the store this morning to request one and was told the technician had already left the shop to start his scheduled appointments. The crew at Quality TV managed to meet up with my installation team on the road and gave them a sound bar for my project. Once the crew got to my house they conducted themselves with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. The installation went smoothly and quickly. The operation of the TV and remote were thoroughly explained to me. Finally, they left the job site immaculately clean ! I will always use Quality TV for any issues I might have with any of my TVs

Mike from Quality TV came to re-establish my DISH receiver after having a new roof. They arranged their schedule to help me get my service back as soon as possible. He also advised me about warranty issues I was not aware of if re-establishing the dish on the new roof, that I was not aware of. My TV wasn't connected to the Internet and a 6 minute phone call to Micheal had me back on. He explained everything to me and walked me through the steps I needed to do to restore my connection. No waiting for days for a repair man to come, no charges to come to my house. They are a wonderful helpful organization that really cares about their customers!

I recently changed from DirecTV to DISH and called Quality TV to do the install. I have a very complicated set up with multiple TVs in a large home. Michael and Brian came to start the installation mid morning and I thought there would be no way they could complete the job that day. Much to my surprise they were finished by mid afternoon. They were all business and worked quickly with great expertise. I have had satellite service for 32 years and never seen a more experienced and knowledgeable duo. The next day I had to call the office to get some help understanding the new system and Christina was great and Jamie (who has a thorough knowledge of DISH) walked me through a process over the phone. I was so impressed that I have ask them to install surround sound as my next project. Thank you Quality TV team!

We had Mike come today to install DISH TV on our new construction home. Mike did an awesome job today. He configured the mount of the DISH antenna in such a way as to keep it out of the way, off the roof and very aesthetically pleasing. He then set up all the receivers and explained all the functionality of each piece. We could not have asked for better service from anyone. We will absolutely use Mike and Quality TV for all future needs. Highly recommend!
